I can think of a couple of teams that had worse Motor carnage than McMillan's team last year!

Before you toss Richard under the bus, ask yourself if he had the proper equipment. If you are trying to run 3.7's with equipment only capable of running 3.8's you are going to blow up a lot of stuff. Not saying this is the case, but just wondering.

I talked to Richard at Indy 2 years ago, he was in the stands after qualifying watching the Alky cars. He said they only had 2 full-time crewmembers! The rest were either fly in or Part-timers.

I hate to say it, but until Amelie quits holding onto their money with a virtual vice grip and actually gives them financial room to compete it doesn't matter who the crew chief is. When you're trying to squeeze dollars out of quarters blowing stuff up is going to be more the norm than the exception.
