Red Eagle Racing is the presenting sponsor for upcoming Jet Wars/Pro Mod event at NED

PLAINFIELD, CT - Paul Athey and his company, Red Eagle Racing, are proud to announce that they are the presenting sponsor of this upcoming event. The New England Dodge Dealers Jet Wars presented by Mohegan Sun and Sterling Homes is coming up soon on Saturday, June 9th at New England Dragway in Epping, NH. The event is going to consist of numerous jet powered vehicles, Pro Mods, Pro Comp, Top Sportsman as well as other exhibition and race vehicles. The Pro Comp class consists of dragsters and altereds running various combinations of blown/nitrous and small/big block combinations. The Pro Mod class is going to be run in a Chicago style shootout format with open rules.

"We're excited to help support our local Pro Mod races here in the Northeast. Last year I was a smaller partner with the track and this year I used my company to step up and become the presenting sponsor of this race which lets me get some extra exposure for my main partner Mohegan Sun and my main associate partner, Sterling Homes", states Paul from his home office. "This also allows us to take bring up more guests from all of the companies that support us throughout the year. We're going to be having 100 players from Mohegan Sun join us in our brand new hospitality area adjacent to our pit space. In addition we’ll also have guests visiting us from Sterling Homes, Computech Transmissions and Fragola Performance Systems. Plus both Ron and I have a lot of friends, family and fans that will be in attendance.”

“This race will also be the debut of the new 2 car team that Ron Iannotti and I formed this year at our home track in Epping”, continues Paul. “We both want to come out and put on a great show for the fans. I’ll be letting go with some of my signature long burnouts and I know Ron will be right there with me. Hopefully we can continue our success here from last year when we won both Chicago style shootouts. It’s going to be tough with the quality teams we have here in the northeast.”

This race should prove to be very interesting as the track surface is always good and at night the air is good for making horsepower. In a few weeks, we’ll know how it all turns out.

Red Eagle Racing would also like to thank Mohegan Sun who's been Paul's primary marketing partner for 10 years. Also the following partners: Sterling Homes, West Coast Choppers, Salvadore Auto, Webber Engineering, Red Line Oil, Moroso, VP Race Fuels, Computech Transmissions, Fragola Perfomance Systems and FK Bearings.
