Randy Walls on Fire (1 Viewer)

I recently was remembering sitting in the stand when Randy Walls came down the track on fire during the 2007 CHRR. Luckily, he got out with only minor burns and it was later determined that a weld split on his fuel tank.

I was on the fence, about 800-1000 feet. I remember the heat as he went by. IIRC, that car was just finished when that happened. He was in good spirits in the pits later.
