Legendary KB Racing Pro Stock team owner Ken Black passes away

Ken Black, the Las Vegas-area businessman whose support helped launch the Pro Stock career of six-time world champion Greg Anderson and the Pro Stock powerhouse KB Racing engine-building business, passed away Aug. 27.

rip mr. black. he's one the major players in the last three decades of nhra drag racing.
on the end of the glidden/johnson/wayne cnty/reher & morrison era, came ken black and his partner george marnell entering the class,
soon after greg went behind wheel of vegas general const. car (i think it was a pontiac?), partnered with jason line, and ushered
in (IMO) the era of PS racing we enjoy today
