They won't go up on the dragsters and hopefully they won't change the funny cars.

[QUOTE="Jeff Arend, post: I wouldn't worry about the big speeds in FC anymore. New rev limiter rule for the next race. 8100rpm[/QUOTE]

And there you have it.
(Kenneth Skloss, you called it right on. )

Well Jeff White didn't care for what i sad on Wilkerson Crash and maybe i was rambling too much.
So what does NHRA really want, i agree safety is most important but maybe they're jumping the gun on this one.
HPT almost always puts on a good show, thats why racers like going there. Last Friday they had great conditions for racing and the Fuel Classes showed it. The fans were pumped up, they went home and told all there friends that they need to go see this show. What more could NHRA ask for. These conditions don't come around that often and on a track that can handle about anything you put on it. I think they should leave it alone for know and see how it plays out, of course it just an opinion and i will leave it at that.

After the first session in Epping, Capps ran a 3.86 and Beckman has top speed at 329.99. Yeah, they are just a tad slower, but the ET is still quick.

Yeah, the wether is nice and cool in Rhode Island with low humidity, so I imagine it is even better north of here.

A nice 330mph for Wilkerson! So they nicked them about 3-5mph? I'm good with that.
