Just finished Q3. About .07 between #1 & #16. Steve Graham ran top speed at 210.73, but his 6.594 was only good enough for #18. arghhhhh Car has the power, just needs ET.

Aaron Stanfield shows him at #5 for Q2 at 6.540, which he ran Q1. He ran a shut off 6.72 in Q2, but still stayed #5. He is #2 after Q3 session at 6.521. I would not be surprised if he wins this race.

EE went from 1 to 3 last q session
Cut 3 meh lights in all 3 sessions, mid .040s. No, it doesn't matter but that's not typical Erica and neither was the .050 light in last week's final what would have likely cost her the race had Stanfield's car not shook the tires and shut off. Maybe she'll "get up on that wheel and kick his ass" tomorrow.

I believe one of the reporters said to Erica that Elite has 7 cars on their team now. Are the Ford Mustangs now using Elite engines? Asking for a friend...

Freeman commented that they are Iaconio engines but they are tuning them (whatever that means?)

There will soon be 8 cars under the Elite umbrella. Former pro mod racer Jeremy Ray is supposed to be driving an Elite car later this year.

The Oklahoma bunch has blowed up a bunch of &^% lately. Is this their effort to stay with the more reliable KB engines?

Yes. Erica, Troy Coughlin, Aaron Stanfield, Bo Butner, Fernando Sr, Fernando Jr, Cristian

Big difference I have noticed between KB and Elite is that none of the Elite drivers work on their cars. I don't say this as a negative, just a difference. For the KB cars, Greg, Dallas, Deric, Matt all work on their cars. As far as I can see, Kyle and Roger not so much. My big concern is for Greg as he seems to be flying from one car to the other between rounds carrying the tuneup on the laptop. I wonder if he is being stretched too thin this year. Although I am a big Greg fan, have to give Elite credit. They are off to a great start.
