Pro-Stock postponed until Gainesville

Is it just me or does anybody else think Larry Morgans car starts right up after everybody watching goes home.
This is not to downgrade Mr. Morgan,
He just might be the only smart one that says to himself:
;)Maybe its not worth crashing my $200,000 race car today.[?]
Thats just my 2 cents and have no facts to back that up.

i'll take your armchair analysis and not bet against it.........
also have no facts but thinking same thing.

I believe that NHRA will have the last word.
Pro Mods will be on TV in Gainesville.
I am betting that Pro Stock will get very little air time if any.

Pro mods are great, and that class gives them much needed content, the show is way too long for a 48 car (3 x 16) starting point.

I still think pro stock is the best class out there.

pro mods will have their own show and you can bet that as long as their are Fords in Pro Stock, they will be on TV-remember which manufacturer is the new official vehicle of NHRA!

We'll probably never know, but it crossed my mind almost immediately that Morgan might have sat there and watched a couple of the other cars get loose down there and just said "uh uh" to the chance of totaling that new Stang. It's not like there a lot of those laying around that he could borrow until a new one gets built.

Tim,

It'll be interesting to see how many comp cars show up for the race-check out what Bob Panella had to say about conditions at Firet**d.

www.insidecompracing.com - Track conditions

Well Prof. Dave, I happen to know what graph of which Pro Stock car he (Bob) is talking about and lets just say "COMPUTERS DON'T LIE". If you do not have 'downforce' that left lane is an accident, (OR SEVERAL) waiting to happen.

I have a client racing in TAFC next weekend and those cars don't really have a ton of downforce. I hope I don't have to write a release about any accidents with him....or anyone else.
