Pro Stock Final

The Pro Stock Final got me thinking. This is a hypothetical situation, but what if neither car is able to make the run? Who wins the race? I mean, you can't push a car over the starting line. The car has to do it under it's own power, right? What if neither car can? I'm ONLY talking about a final. Someone has to win the race.

If neither could make the call, I'd think each driver would just get their points up to that point, with no one actually winning. Or would they do a run off the next day or at another race?
