I just got back from Vegas and am really beat up from the feet up, but I am badly jonesing for Pomona right now. Can't wait! C'mon Pomona!! wooo!!
Sometimes, local stores will have discount coupons. I have enjoyed using them by acquiring them from places like subway, o'reilly's, mt. view tire, etc etc. Check out KLOS 95.5's website, 95.5 KLOS Southern California's Best Rock
Go to a Circle K store and look for the chance to win a Harley slips there.
Did I tell you guys about the Pomona police dept undercover cops at the fairplex ticket booth? Didn't happen to me, but,

Oh! I just remembered: At the California Hot Rod reunion, we were given a small advertisement that said we could save $7 for Pomona Finals tickets if we go to www.nhratix.com/chrr
Hey, Mike! It was great to meet you too. Sorry it was so brief and that we didn't get to hang out much. I wish you could have joined all of us in the grandstand. We all hung out most of the time up there.

Yea I actually think that is mine and my brother's legs on the right.
I can attest to this because I got "popped" right outside the main gate the one and only time I tried to unload a ticket. Didn`t get hauled off to the pokey, but it still sucked. Shouldn`t have any problems next weekend....we already have our tickets! That being said, I`ve bought tickets from scalpers plenty of times getting onto Fairplex Drive from the 10.

Every time I've gone to Pomona, I have just purchased at the gate. The price of buying online to buying at the gate isn't that much of a difference. If I can make a suggestion, go over to the stands opposite the pit side grand stands and get a spot up the top. I find that to be great viewing. Have fun.
