I saw that (for the 4th or 5th time). TVT playing The Duke, a high school basketball guard, jock, and all around big shot in high school. I watch a lot of the old shows and he pops up every once in a while. Your hero and mine! 
I was streaming "The Babe Ruth Story" movie once and suddenly I saw a kid who I was certain was TV Tom in the movie. Babe hit a home run for the kid. Still, Tommy wasn't listed in the credits. That provoked me. So, I searched the internet and at the IMDb website I found it actually was TV Tom, after all. It was an un-credited role. It's weird how we remember obscure stuff at an odd moment in time.
