No, that was at Southeastern Dragway in northwest Georgia http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=33.950298,-84.765701&z=16&t=h&hl=en

Southeastern Dragway opened in 1955 and closed after the 2005 season, here's a video from 1968 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=46KsUpddXx4
