Old chevy II funny rebuild????????

Anyone remember someone rebuilding chevy II on the internet several years ago.They had found frame and body that did not fit.they had several write-ups as they built car.Cutting the front of car top make it longer.Hauling it on boat trailer to have tin work done in another state.Last they had bought a old haul truck to haul it on and it failing apart picking it up.They were having problems finding the right tires and wheels to keep under the car .last Seen them putting funny in rental store house till they had time and funds for motor.Last I saw anything of it .Yellow car with a reporter guy on the side of car.Any help??????????Thanks James

That is what I was trying to find out.Anyone knows if it ever got out of the store room????When I try to go the site or email Flying Phill never gets any reply.Any HELP anyone?????????????
