Hey, I waited at least FIVE minutes before I posted...... and I do eat oatmeal, steel cut, Uncle Bob's gluten free. :) With honey & other stuff that improves my reaction times so I can post faster.....

That Uncle Bob's stuff is delish. Cliff you are slackin' my brother, these re-posts should be up and ready to "re-read" in less than 90 seconds, tighten it up dude, lol.

Saw that Super Mustang at Pomona, kinda ran like a slug despite all the hoopla. The Vega wagons I thought were cool and different.

The Vega wagons (well, at least one of them) lived on later as CIFCA alky F/C w/ 7.50 index. I saw one at the late Speedworld in Phx about 20 years ago. Here is a thought. Those cars were spooky as nitro cars. Am wondering if air got underneath the back of the car & raised it up as it went down the track. There was at least one Gremlin F/C and that was the problem with that car. I'm thinking there were 2 original Vega panels that ran nitro. Wonder if more were made later or if the originals survived.

I'm betting is a miday display-that fits in a trailer better than a 300" dragster. Right?

what about things that mite work , but for some reason are not allowed? like under body venturis? or vortice generating shapes attached to bodies?
