Now if they had Mike Dunn or Alan Reinhart behind the camera then I believe that would be a Huge improvement.

None of this is good for the sport we all love. Soon , they'll be back to crappy camera angles, no starting line cameras, law suits, etc.

If this was just about the safety and security of the guys in the field, this is something that my industry uses now as opposed to sending spot operators up into the trusses to run a followspot:

starting to look like the 'do-it-yourself' FSN1 broadcasts could have been much better sans poorly selected management, whether a small group or even one individual?.......and all the negative crap that happened at the chrr?......what the hell is going on? (peter clifford)

If the NHRA wants to avoid this it looks like NHRA should fire Adelson and a few minons, reset everything and ask the operators for a year to show progress before voting the union in. It would play into their line about " direct relationship between employees is in their best interest as well as that of the sport".
