Well for me it's saying the maximum amount of signons is exceeded. I have cleared all browsing history and tried mobile and Roku AFTER signing out of all of them, same issue. The problem is that my local Fox affiliate airs infomercials instead of the racing so if I can't get it on NHRA.tv, we're screwed.
That happened to a ton of people this weekend including me on Friday. The only thing you can really do is file a help ticket. I actually got a response in 15 mins so hopefully it is quick for you.
They can do a manual reset. It happened to me Friday and Saturday. Friday it took 10 minutes for them to fix. Yesterday it took a little over an hour. Just don’t sign out once your logged in. Just rewind it and that way you haven’t missed any of the action.I know, I already did, awaiting their response. If they tell me to "clear my cache and cookies" I'm going to lose it LOL.
