FF & rewind issues with Roku

Anyone ever have trouble with FF & rewind while using Roku to access NHRA,tv?
When I first turn it on, its about a half hour behind. When I try to FF to live, the sound is live, but the picture is frozen from where I started the FF.
Have to exit and start over, once again it's about a half hour behind. I've never had a problem with FF to live in the past.

I always find that it starts behind current but it doesn’t take too long to FF. I hit the FF button at least 3 times quickly to speed up the rate and then hold it down. Seems to work.

Thanks Dan. It turned out that my Roku needed a firmware update and I needed to clear cache.
