UPDATE ON TOP SPORTSMAN INCIDENT: It is with heavy hearts that we report Randy Alexander of Harvest, Ala., passed away at a local hospital after sustaining injuries in an on-track incident at the NHRA Southern Nationals in Commerce, Ga. NHRA and the entire racing community extend their deepest condolences and their prayers to the participant’s family and friends. We also ask that everyone respect the family’s privacy during this difficult time.

"Happened at a truck stop"?
It was a on track racing accident.
And there were stcameras and video

I thought it was pretty classless that fs1 didnt even mention anything or have a special moment for him on tonights show.

On all Access during the invocation it was mentioned, and to pray for him and the family.

The National FS1 audience does not watch all access. A mention in memoriam should have been made on the regular broadcast.

NHRA (and ESPN) knows how to handle these things...we all saw this...Paul Page had the unenviable task of telling race fans what occurred on the track that day
