SONOMA, Calif. (July 25, 2014) - NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series crew chiefs were hit with a mile drop in altitude from racing a week ago near Denver to this weekend's event at Sonoma Raceway in the wine country near San Francisco.
The thermometer, however, went the other direction with an afternoon high of 97 degrees before dropping to the mid-80s for Friday evening's second session....
