Yup, and if the rating aren't better, all the belly-achers can go get in their cars and drive themselves into a wall.Well ... Everyone got their wish. I don't expect much to change here, instead of everyone belly-aching about ESPN they will just find a reason to belly-ache about FS1, starting with the same people belly-aching about how NHRA should leave ESPN are now going to start belly-aching about possibly having to pay more for FS1 since NHRA did leave ESPN.
I hope that doesn't mean the end of Dave Reiff and Mike Dunn in the booth (or the sportsman shows with Reinhart too).
I also hope there is no collateral damage to the teams/sponsors, because their viewing audience just cut in half, if not a third.

...I doubt dunn will be there,he works for espn not nhra.
You can tune into FS2 online when you use your TV provider log in, so you will have that option.I'm interested to see how this works out. I have Dish and have Fox Sports 1 in my package, but don't have Fox Sports 2. Without upgrading I won't have Fox Sports 2 & I wonder how many times we will get shifted to Fox Sports 2 because of something else on Fox Sports 1. If that's the case I'll miss a lot of drag racing. And as a Dish customer I certainly miss having MavTV. I was hoping they'll get their issues settled but its not looking good.
This is a HUGE point.I also hope there is no collateral damage to the teams/sponsors, because their viewing audience just cut in half, if not a third.
To quote our Vice President, "This is a big F****ing deal"Good news here.
"Four of those live elimination shows will air on the FOX national broadcast network."
Good news here.
"The agreement calls for FS1 to provide coverage of Friday and Saturday qualifying and Sunday eliminations for each NHRA Mello Yello Series event, with a minimum of 16 Sunday eliminations shows to be presented in a live coverage format, and the remainder shown either in weekend afternoon or primetime time slots. Four of those live elimination shows will air on the FOX national broadcast network."
