Don't really see a problem. At least the NHRA doesn't appear to be applying this new ruling to biological men.

LOL, I read and it and thought all the descriptions are "her". When will the LGBT etc. find out and sue the NHRA for a civil rights violation for not having used the proper pronouns................

could a rule be inclusive to all drivers affected by unexpected medical reasons and/or accidents? IMO this is great for ladies seeking to start a family, but there have been
others over the years that have had to step aside for medical/health reasons ...... and we're all witnessing the 8 race fill-in deal going on right now.
then there is the thought that points go to the driver period. you race. you get points. you don't race, you don't get points.
you might win champioinship with 2 races left, and everyone else can race for 2nd place.
