They need to watch and learn from the WWE model....subscriptions were very slow to begin with, and then WWE went to a first month free including the pay per view event, and subscriptions skyrocketed....something along that line might work well marketing this package by offering one month free including our "PPV"s (National Events). Yes.....I watch professional wrestling.....

This is a step in the right direction. I will gladly pay the $99. I do not have cable tv, just internet. Honestly, I would pay the $99 a year just for an Audiocast feed that WORKS properly. So, $99 for audio AND visual. Sign me up!!

$99 USD is about $140 CAD at the current exchange rate, an amount I'll gladly pay. A bargain, if you ask me.

I'm with Brent, I will gladly pay $140 CAD in order to have this access. I'm not sure why cable providers in Canada have been so hesitant to bring Fox Sports Racing (FS1 equivalent, sort of) on board but I'd rather have the streaming access. Does anyone have any experience with Greenlight International? Do you think you'd be able to access the stream via Apple TV or the Playstation Network?

I wonder if you'll also be able to go back and watch the feed later if you're unable to catch it live.

Hey all, not that I know a ton more than what has been published but I honestly believe that anyone who signs up for the service will be really happy with the product that they see.Yes, you will have to suffer through listening to the likes of me, Castello, English, Hirshi, and Reinhart but nothing is perfect.

The difference between this and the ESPN thing, other than the fact that you get every minute of every race is that it is going to present itself a lot better than just a a kind of bootleg offshoot of a TV broadcast. The thing I am excited about is that hardcore fans will be able to see and hear the stuff they want. Some of the most fun junk that happens over the course of a weekend was never stuff that you could experience unless you were sitting at the track, that changes. Stuff like the "bonus" sportsman racing that often happens after a pro session on Friday or Saturday night if we have had schedule issues, etc. The whole environment changes and you really get to see a much looser side of things.

While I appreciate the idea that a race to race package should be available I don't agree with the opinion that it would get people who would not otherwise watch to buck up and tune in. Have you ever in your life been cruising the internet, seen some sort of subscription video thing (G-PG rated), and busted out your wallet to watch?

I appreciate how much $100 is. I honestly do. The fact that people will be able to watch the Mopar Hemi Shootout live at Indy, the Jegs All-Stars in Chicago, nitro Harleys in Epping, plus the rest of the deal? Money well spent...especially if you mute the goofy announcing deck.

As long is it is real time and reliable, it will be money well spent to me. The announcing deck will be the icing on the cake. Just something about the announce team that gets me hyped up for the race. Keep up the great job Mr. Lohnes and company.

Patience young grasshopper.......It will be out and ready to go by Friday of the Gatornationals.

Well Master Po , Im referring to the lack of "hyping" a product before asking people (at the last second) to pony up $100.
I hear crickets from NHRA not grasshoppers.

Will this streaming broadcast start in morning with sportsman or will it start with pros?

I'm hoping it will be the entire event. I got this from their website:

NHRA All Access will feature live and continuous coverage of all Pro and most Sportsman races from the qualifying runs on Friday through the finals on Sunday. The live stream of the in-venue feed will include audio from track announcers and video from trackside big screen displays. Subscribers will be able to experience all of the racing action as if they were sitting in the stands.

I'm not certain, but I don't recall them having the big screens up and running early in the event (when just sportsman are out there). Maybe they'll extend their use some. I really like the audit cast part, if that works well it's 85%+ of the value for me.

Details are being finalized before it is "Officially" announced. When you hear the details you will understand that it will be a very cool deal.

All right, I'm all signed up. It's more like $108 ... thanks for the info Paul.

It does appear to be both Live and On Demand. That is a nice feature. The samples they provide will not expand to "full screen" on my iMac, hopefully that is not a permanent feature.

I still can't believe no discount for members. What good is a membership now unless you are racing? I don't need audiocast or real timing anymore once I sign up for this.

The right side of the same link Steve shows above also indicates AppleTV will work too, but it doesn't look promising for Roku (but that could be 100% wrong, they just give a number of conditions).
