One could argue that Penske is down the chain right now because Ryan and Rusty insisted on running different cars and not really getting along. The way Ryan was quoted, "I'm going to look at other options if Penske's performance doesn't improve.", well it irked me. Theoretically you would think that the driver has a lot to do with performance. But I would like to thank Ryan from confirming what I knew: Cup racing is 80% car. He just rubbed me the wrong way with his comments on a team that gave him his first start, Won him a ton of poles, and put an engine in his car that won the Daytona 500.
