The book just went into printing and the release date should be in October, if I am prepared correctly. It will be on Amazon.com and Barnesandnoble.com as well as being an e-book.
The Naturally Aspirated Edition of this book is up in the air at this time due to how gigantic a project that would be (double the work of the Nitro Edition) and I just don't have the time like I did in the past to give this book the proper treatment.
