Well now, here's an encouraging rumor on CompetitionPlus:

We are told on Tuesday at the SEMA show, Kalitta Racing will announce a new major sponsor for their team. Could a third dragster be in the works with a familiar face behind the wheel?

Maybe it's Jeg's with Troy driving, but I don't see that qualifying as a "New, major sponsor". They would be a returning sponsor.

So what "familiar face" would they be referring to as the driver? Hopefully someone currently without a ride, and not someone losing sponsorship with one car who is simply moving to this new car. It's always fun to speculate, but I can't think of anyone off-hand.
