New design

[rocketman]

For the first time in four years we will be racing without the Rocketeer character on the side of the car. This is to make room for Capitol's new logo and to give us a fresh new look, just to shake things up a bit. Since it's a wrap we'll likely bring the Rocketeer back in the future but for now he's on an extended vacation.
