Agree 100%, and a great way to get new blood into the sport.
Many street/strip cars capable of 11.50, so that index is perfect for racers who can't/don't want to spend a fortune on a racing operation, yet would like to race in a "Big Show" type atmosphere. Now we just need some IHRA tracks here in the west....
