This is a special edition of MountainWings.
The ARK of Salvation, the Christian church in Atlanta, GA.
pastored by Nathaniel Bronner Jr., the writer of MountainWings,
will be holding a 3-Day non-stop Power Prayer Vigil beginning
Friday December 29, 2006 at sunset.
MountainWings receives prayer requests 24 hours a day from
around the world. Each prayer request is prayed over
individually after receiving it.
On December 29th, 30th and 31st, three prayer teams from
The ARK of Salvation, each team led by one of the ministers of
Brothers of The WORD, will pray non-stop for 24-hours each.
The prayers will focus each day on a particular area from the
Scripture, 2nd Timothy 1:7.
"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear;
but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."
1st day, Friday, December 29, 2006 from sunset Fri to sunset Sat.
Focus: POWER - (to overcome evil, sickness, money shortages, and
obstacles)
2nd day, Saturday, December 30, 2006 from sunset Sat to sunset Sun.
Focus: LOVE - (to overcome hate, anger, un-forgiveness, envy,
strife and spiritual blocks in our human relationships among
individuals, couples, families, groups, and nations.)
3rd day, Sunday, December 31, 2006 from sunset Sun to sunset Mon.
Focus: SELF-DISCIPLINE - Self-Discipline is what is meant by the
King James wording, "A sound mind." (to overcome the things of
the world and flesh that we constantly struggle against that
require our continued diligence: such as overeating, smoking,
intoxicants, excessive TV, pornography, following through on
projects and goals, lack of spiritual discipline in reading,
praying, worshipping and the many other things that require
discipline.)
The prayer requests received at MountainWings each week are a
thick stack. Each is individually prayed for, but these three
days will have a special anointing and prayer intensity.
