Napa Valley Quake

First of all, I hope any Maters in the area are okay.

Was there any damage at Sonoma Raceway?

I haven't heard anything about Sears Point there was a GoPro sponsored race going on there. But I bet Frank Bradley got shook, last I knew he lived in or around Santa Rosa ! Hope all is well with him !

They continued the race in Sonoma. Team Chevrolet's Kenny Ross lives in Napa, had several broken windows and his house looks like it was tossed with broken dishes, etc. We were at the epicenter of the 5.3 quake on March 28 and it's amazing how everything gets thrown off the shelves and furniture gets tossed.

Quakes are bad enough when you're awake. There's nothing more disorienting than being woke up by a big one. It happened so early in the morning, everyone probably had a bad day. The race went fine, even though most drivers were running on little to practically no sleep. Though the "rollers" are the worst for property, the scariest to me are the "jolters". One or two good slams and it's over. Feels like someone ran into your house with a train.
