If you sometimes buy Drag Racing, Street Rodding DVDs from Britain & Australia, if the DVD isn't Region Free you'll need to buy a Multi-Region DVD Player that will playback DVDs from anywhere in the world - CHECK SPECIFICATIONS.

Most of these Multi-Region Blu-Ray/DVD Players will will playback Blu-Ray/DVDs from anywhere in the world. CHECK SPECIFICATIONS.

Virtually all players are set to One Region from the factory but you only need to reset the player to Region 0 to play all discs.
This is usually a simple job of pressing a few buttons on the remote.
Here's the catch because they don't want you to do this there will be no mention of it in the instructions/handbook.

Your local electrical store will often reset your unit for about $40 but why do that when its really easy to do it yourself.
