Mid Track Wheelstands

They are all light on the front end now, and it's made them pretty unpredictable. The fan in me loves it, not sure about the drivers.

JOhn Kernan had a video that explained the are putting about 55 lbs of ballast on the front of the cars now because of the swept back headers.

Well-since NHRA shortened the wheelie bars of P/S to make things more exciting--and we 'maters called Cruz's wheelie "run of the year", I'm guessing until we get blow-overs nothing will happen.

They will limit the angle of the headers even more I'm sure, but the other thing they could do is adjust the bodies so the nose drops to the ground sooner. The wheelies seem much bigger since they are already doing 200+ mph and the air getting under the body turns it into a sail.

It's almost like watching the big FC wheelies of the 90's again, and I like it!
