[coverattach=1]Angie McBride and her Myhollywood.com/Carolina Speed Buell have been on a roll recently. In the last two out of three races on the NHRA tour, McBride has taken her Pro Stock Motorcycle to the semi-finals.
Teammate to reigning Pro Stock Motorcycle Champion, Matt Smith, McBride hopes to help him win his second title this weekend.
“We have taken out some heavy hitters over the last few races for him,” said McBride. “I just hope to continue that trend this weekend. We stayed and tested both bikes after Vegas and got them running pretty close to one another. Hopefully we can run well and help him out on Sunday.”
McBride’s teammate and owner, Matt Smith is fighting for the Championship title at the season finale at the Auto Club Raceway in Pomona, California this weekend and McBride hopes to yet again become the underdog and rock the boat a bit.
Qualifying kicks off with the Pro Stock Motorcycle class at 1:30pm on Thursday.
