[coverattach=1]NORWALK, Ohio -- McBride eager to get back on track Angie McBride has been sidelined the last two races due to lack of funding. Without a sponsor it's nearly impossible to run every race. The cost of racing has increased the last several years and with the economy in a slump sponsors are taking a step back. Angie received the best birthday gift a racer could get. Matt Smith (Angie's fiance) gave her a card that stated she could race at the Norwalk event. "She was really excited" stated Matt. I don't think I could have given her enough clothes to cover that birthday gift. McBride's season has been outstanding thus far with a semifinal appearance at her last race. Karl Klement decided in December 2008 to take a year off of racing. Karl sent his motor to NC for Matt to repair an engine. Karl Klement decided to let Angie run the motor this race. We want to go out there and win us a race with Karl's motor. Karl is a great asset to the Pro Stock Motorcycle class and we want him to come back racing really soon. Qualifying begins at 3:30pm on Friday afternoon with eliminations on Sunday.
