Mad Dawgs to kick off season this weekend at Mooresville (1 Viewer)

[coverattach=1] Mooresville, NC - It’s Outlaw Mad Dawg time at the Dirty Mo - Mooresville Dragway, this coming weekend April 10th -11th. Leading all the dawgs out of the gate will be Carmel, New York’s Chris Rini fresh off his first career Big Dog win at Piedmont in his Buck powered ATI Performance Dodge Stratus. Rini and crew chief, Scott Cozzoli, hold the unofficial Mad Dawg ET record at a 4.12 from last year’s final event. They have issued a challenge to all takers, they're wanting a Mad Dawg trophy and to be the first legal dawg in the three’s. Will we see, as there’s plenty of good ol boys wanting to take out the ATI speed demon. Look for competition from the “Junkyard” Dog David Lambert, Mad Dawg winner “We Fly Together” Rocky Raynor of Greensboro, NC, “Little Daddy” Jason Harris, “Mr. Extreme Darrin Hoyle, “the GunSlinger” Andy Beal, Ant and Joel Douglas in the “yellow flash”, The Carolina Kid Travis Harvey in his Race Tech “Blue Streak”, “Diamond” Jack Gaddy, “Happy Gilmo” Gilmer Hinshaw, The Kid Jones, "The Carolina Hooker” Ken Regenthal and many more.
Things get kicked off at the “Dawg House” on Good Friday, April 10th, with shakedown runs from 2 to 5 PM and one round of Mad Dawg qualifying at 8:30 PM. This all leads up to the big day Saturday, April 11th, with two rounds of qualifying for those elite eight spots at 3:30 and 6 PM. So, this will be an action packed weekend of racing April 10-11 at the “dawg house” Mooresville Dragway with the season opening Quick 8 Outlaw Mad Dawgs, and Gaston Used Auto Parts points races in TOP Eliminator, Foot Brake, Junior Dragster and Real Street classes.

Don’t forget about our great fan stimulus plan….Get a weekend pass on Friday for $20.00 and receive a free Mad Dawg T-shirt. Plus, all kids under 16 are free with a paying adult. For more information go to: Mad Dawg Home Page or Lots of FUN was had by Everyone.
