The points are listed on nhra.com Cooter is leading SS coming in, (He is leading STK as well.) Justin is improving on a RD. 1 loss, he needs to go to the semis.

yes, justin is #2 in SS points to jimmy, a 32 point deficit. jimmy was E1 loser. justin has advanced into E4 (the quarter finals)
according to nhra points, a 4th round loser with 33-64 car field is worth 62 points, which would put him past jimmy into 1st place.
a 3rd round loser is still worth 51 points, which would have put him past jimmy as well. have no idea who has what events left to claim?
i'm wondering is if STOCK will come down to next weekend in vegas?

Tuned in to .TV to watch Q1 and the screen says WEATHER ADVISORY INCLEMENT WEATHER TAKE SHELTER. Radar looks ugly with red warning boxes but it's not a big system.

Sun is back out now, track drying is starting. They announced Nitro will be the first thing on track. Last night Metallica kicked ass, was hoping for a rain free day, but oh well can’t win them all.

Don't remember the date for the 4 Wide race and if this race was always in the fall because it is monsoon season in the southwest. Seems unlikely you would have gone 14 years with a fall race and not have seen some rain. Someone needs to give Bob Frey a call!

The last time Las Vegas got measurable rain on Halloween was in 1987. It is usually pretty dry this time of year out here.

Crazy weather this year! Arizona was supposed to get hammered and the Florida Keys are under water because of a Super moon causing insane high tides.

IMO . They ruined this track when they made it a 4 wide. Now they don't even run 4 wide there.
