just finished talking with kurt busch. he made one pass this morning in his pro stock car at bradenton. says he's taking his foray into the nhra very seriously. he was about a half-tenth off what allen johnson ran this morning.

Thanks for keeping us up on the Kurt project, John. From everything I've seen and read, Kurt is indeed very serious about his entry into the drag racing arena. I think he'll be a good ambassador for the sport, and it can't do anything but good for increasing the visibility of our sport. Where Nascar personalities go, media always follow. My guess is his test session will probably get air time this weekend on speed on Speed report or maybe even on Wind Tunnel. Way to go, Kurt, and thanks, John for keeping us up to date with the happenings...love the new site!
