Built to race IHRA it came along at the very time the IHRA folded and just could never catch up again . A divorce by the owner sent it into bankruptcy .
It will now be a Big Truck wrecking yard .

With Deep Regret, Dallas Raceway was sold and will no longer be a racing facility. We, the Dallas Raceway staff, appreciate everyone who supported us the past two years. We are still getting a date together for the end of 2013 Banquet. Stay tuned for that announcement. We are sorry and Ken tried all he could to continue to race for the 2014 season, thus why no announcement until now.
