Preheat oven on medium low heat. 275-300F
Butter the bread on one side.
Lay a slice of tomato on the buttered side of the
bread.
Sprinkle with Basil or lay leaf basil on tomato (to
taste.)
Lay a slice of cheese on top.
Place bread on oven tray or cookie sheet.
Place in oven to bake until cheese just bubbles a
little and slightly gold spots start to form. (Bread
should be just toasty but not browned.)
Take out, cool slightly and eat or serve.
