I just got back from the track, and have to say it was a spectacular event at Bristol this year! Three beautiful days of weather brought the fans out to the track, and in my opinion it was one of the highest attended races there in many years. As usual, the NHRA put on a very well organized race, and the downtime was kept to a minimum; aided by the relative lack of oil downs or on-track incidents. A couple of the low budget fuel privateers had good outings, and some surprise winners capped off an excellent event! God Bless America!
