I was looking at the What NHRA's 1955 Nationals can teach us about fortitude during a pause in racing—97 Rare Photos! and is that Tommy Ivo in photo #51 sitting at the table with his back to the camera?
That DOES look like Ivo. I don't remember that Ivo attended that race, never heard any mention of it (or Garlits). This was 1955, so he could have been 18-19 years old. Born Apr 14, 1936.
