I have a high school classmate friend who is a psych nurse at Duke University Hospital. Her Mom has Parkinson's. We discuss this horrible disease and share any information we find on it. This was just released in the MIT NEWS!

Daniel's (my bf) Mom was diagnosed a few months ago. She had to quit her job and go on disability just this last month. It's very sad......

Sorry to hear that Kel. There is something else which offers some hope to patients with this dreadful disease. There is a 'patch' which will be available soon.
