I nominate

I imagine the book would focus on all of the Bull$hit he's seen from the inside aspect of NHRA ?
Instead of Behind the Music on VH1 do a Behind the Scenes of the way a drag racing sanction runs then do a next one on IHRA.
The ideas are endless ! LOL!

You would not see one word against his employer or anyone viewed as a friend. Yaaaawn lol

I think he'd have some interesting and entertaining stories to tell without having to bag on anyone - it certainly wouldn't be boring. I contributed to Bob Wilber's Kickstarter campaign and I bet that'll be loaded with great stories.

If Alan were to write a book, Bob Frey would be a great contributor with their stories combined but...we'd need an editor that wouldn't delete their opinions or stories.
It would be a great book...prob. on the NYT best sellers list.

Thanks for the kind words, maybe after I retire from the road. Right now I wouldn't have the time, plus I'm still amassing stories.
Also there are some statutes of limitations that haven't expired yet.......
I sure wish Steve Evans had lived to write his book, the title was to be "Hello Truck?" My life in television sports.
Now that would have been an AWESOME read....
Alan

Here is the problem with this. As far as I know Alan is still employed at NHRA and NHRA is a very vengeful employer. He would lose his job almost immediately if he wrote a book about what he knows about behind the scenes at NHRA. As well as being named, I would assume in several lawsuits because of that knowledge.

I would definitely pay big money to read Alan's book! I'm sure it would be quite entertaining.
