As the snow starts flying and the the tempature drops it gets me in the mood for one of my favorite times of the year, Polar Plunge time.


As many of you know I am proud to be a coach for the Special Olympics program. This will be my seventh year taking part in the plunge. I thank all of you who have supported me in the past and I hope that you will be able to do so again this year.
