Gino, its not the end of the event and its now whats its been since the racing started at reunion 4, a race.. The reunion had a great run but sadly a mistake was made and some cant seem to forgive.

I hope nostalgia will come back to "nostalgia" funny car. The bodies in that category have gotten too aerodynamic, stretched, and flattened.

Your right Mike. I hope it continues but at this point, the genie can't be put back in the bottle. No one can match the passion Steve Gibbs and so many others brought to the reunions. Perhaps in better economic times.
