History of Alcohol champs or all sportsman classes

The where are they now thread had me wondering about some sportsman racers I grew up watching. Woosley, Dapozzo, Townsend, Al Provost, The Eckard brothers just to name a few. We used to go to a lot of D3 races. Knew about some of them (Woos and Dap) anyway that led me to history of champions, mainly the alky classes but all sportsman. I couldn't find it on NHRA site before 2008 and web searches keep taking me to top fuel. Anyone know where I can find a list of champs or final top 10 standings? thanks

Crazy that Manzo took the first TAFC title in 1981, then didn't grab another until 1997.
