It's sad and unfortunate to pass on that a 15,000 square foot historical Phoenix, Arizona Hot Rod Shop has burned almost to the ground and is severly damaged (cars may be involved), September 3, 2010, the video report by NBC's phoenix affiliate channel 12 at the web link provided below:

It seems during the shops history, it may have restored some drag race related vehicles. This story also has been reported nationally, by another prominent news reporting agency MSNBC.

My source indicates that it seems around a dozen $$$ cars may have been in the shop at the time of the fire.
