I know. I just notified them.

A friend of mine in Vegas was able to upload one dog. When she went to do her 2nd one, she got the error message.

I wish I personally knew someone who worked on the Pedigree website. No use being a retired Mars Associate if you can't have some pull.

Someone was listening. It's working now. Just loaded Mato's picture. It's not so good, just from a cell phone but those are the only one's I have of the ol' guy.

Hope they'll use it.

While I would expect Pedigree (Mars, Inc) to have a perfect website, perhaps the errors are from so many people trying to get in. ? ? ?

Once Mato's picture was accepted, they said he would be in the mosaic in 24-48 hours. It took longer then that, but he's there and so are my friend Chris's two dogs.

I know it's a hassle to keep trying something when it doesn't work. Please try to keep in mind the goal is that Pedigree will donate $1 for each dog, to the Adoption Drive, which helps shelter dogs all over the US.

Good luck !! For anyone who gets in, please post your dog's code so we can all see him/her. The dog in the center of all of the pictures that come up, is the one for the code that was entered. For instance, Mato's code is mato1
When I enter that and search, a screen with many dogs will come up. Mato is the one in the center. Same for Chris's dogs Simba & Max.
