I want to say the last DNQ was Indy 1999. So, if Doug Kalitta's streak was 164 and his last DNQ was Phoenix 2000, that would put Bernstein around 170.

If you extend the same logic to "a Kalitta" then Doug's streak probably overlaps Scott's qualifying record at both ends and that streak is still alive...
