I figured since it's been over a month since the writers' strike ended, we would start seeing network TV by now?

Some of the programs that we watch have been trickling back on. The CBS Monday night comedies started back up, and CSI and CSI: NY started this week. What show are you looking for Joe?

There has been ads on for a good week now. This week and next many shows will be returning

I'm looking forward to the new season of 'Deadliest Catch', which starts on April 15th. I love that show!

That is a real good show. Have you been watching Ax Men? It's about the loggers up here in Oregon and really does a good job of covering their work.

I've seen the previews, but haven't watched it. My Dad worked for Weyerhauser for about 15 years or so, mostly out in the woods bucking logs, etc. Those guys are some hardworkers. You been in Oregon all your life, Brent?

My Name Is Earl had it's first news episode last night and The Office is new next week. Lost will start again at the end of the month.

No, I've only been out here since the fall of '02, about 5 1/2 years. I see the log trucks all over though and you always hear about the enviro-wackos.

I forgot about My Name Is Earl. I watched that too.

My Dad went thru the Spotted Owl crap, dealing with the enviro-wackos that were spiking trees, sitting in trees, etc. I still remember the stickers.... "I Like My Spotted Owl Cooked in Exxon Oil"

I read they did decide to skip the full season of 24 this year. I also read they're planning a 2 hour "linkage" type of presentation to keep fans of the show interested, and allude to what may happen next year. One of the developments is that the next season will take place entirely on the East coast this time.

Ya'll telling me there hasn't been anything new on TV? I know what CSI is, I've seen it on DVD....

And what's this lost thing everyone is talking about? As long as I have History and Discovery, I'm good to go.

Haven't seen NBC, CBS, or ABC more than an hour in the last five years.

It's only a teenage wasteland

I agree with what Karl said!

All I can say about Ax men is they better watch their butt when the safety man shows up. Some of the stuff they are doing on that show is really going to get them in trouble with both the timber company's & OSHA for safety violations.

The Shield will be back in September. Will Shane last the season? Will Vic take a huge fall? Nothing else matters.

Any Burn Notice fans out there? I really got hooked on that one last season and can't wait for the new season to begin.
