Story didn't mention the time that an angry Garlits had Wally on the hood of his pick up & off he went..... No one got hurt & I was amazed that Wally didn't kick Garlits out of NHRA for good. Don Prudhomme used to say that Garlits "turned animal" when he got mad. heh
