Just a few things i noticed this past weekend.

When did Erica drop her last name to just Enders? Her and Richie still an item?

3 different fuel cars whacked the throttles on warm ups, sure made walking the pits more interesting again.

Any word on why Haddock didnt make the trip?

The midway is a fraction of what it use to be. no mac tools,mechanix wear, edelbrock,etc.

Pro mods are just the coolest class to watch.

I will leave a thought on the Midway, in the early to mid 90's i did several Midways for a Mac Tools. As a distributor at that time we would sell out a section for GA , Big tent and Truck on Midway, overall it was a very sucessful weekend for Mac Tools and NHRA. It didn't take long before NHRA saw the value and decided they wanted more of the kiddi and killed the program, not just Mac but Strange and lots others. It boils down to greed, don't get me wrong NHRA should make money but it has to work for everyone involved.
